Can anybody suggest how to put up a proposal to companies who are interested in outsourcing their HR activities (preparing their HR policies, etc). What all should the proposal contain, and what are the general rates offered by consultants?
Could anybody who has experience in this area please guide me - any help would be greatly appreciated!
