In my company there are 50 employees ,we are dealing in IT products and also providing services of products .In my company there are different level of employees like hardware engineers,network engineers , and other desktop support engineers and sales/marketing and accounts department also,and my company wants to made a manual HR policy which is attractive both for employee and employer.so please tell me from where i can start friends if you have any format please share with me.
