Can someone provide me with a way to create a salary slip to send to employees? As we don't use any software, we have to do it manually. So if I can get some simpler way.

I believe you are using Microsoft Excel for processing salaries. If so, you may use Vlookup to create a salary slip template, which will be user-friendly and handy. You can search on Google regarding Vlookup or revert to us for more updates.
You may continue using the manual method as done in the past, where you print the salary slip format and then fill in all details by hand.
