Good Morning Seniors,
Today i need a guidance from all my seniors regarding choosing MBA College Through Distance learning.
I am having 3 years of work Experience in recruitement Industry as an HR Assocites & i want to shift to HR generalist profile but only problem is that all industries are considering MBA for the Generalist profile. so now i am planning to do MBA through distance.
So Kindly suggest me which college is best & having a Value in corporate world.

Thank you so much for your prompt response.
But the thing is that Symbiosis is Providing a PGDBA(post graduate diploma in business administration) Degree. Is it equivalent to MBA? Is All industries are considering that PGDBA degree or not?
Kindly Please help me out for it.

These days , University given more concern in terms of jobs as compare to Degree...
If you do from symbiosis , whatever degree may be ? but where you will apply for job , they all know symbiosis.. if you do MBA , distance learning from normal colleges.. its same .. your work exp will be given 1st preference , then you degree..
But , Symbiosis talks .. they also give foreign placements .. there are few colleuges of me , done MBA from Symbiosis and working in UK ..

PGDBA is not equivalent to MBA and dont go for MBA in normal colleges. then , you will get degree .. but no value ..
I came to Know , in India - there are more than 1000 of MBA colleges .. So , you need to choose one of the best for distance learning .. else no value on investments..

if you go for Normal colleges - your experiences will be counted. Beside these , you are not a full time student ..
So , as you are going for distance learning - Please choose better University - it will help you to get better jobs and better opportunity ..
