I have completed a distance learning MBA in International Business from Annamalai University. I am very keen to pursue a Ph.D., preferably in Project Management. Since I am working, I would like to continue my education alongside my work. I would like to request all of you to let me know about good universities or institutes that offer UGC-approved Ph.D. programs. I stay in Delhi, so nearby centers would be useful.

Distance learning MBA is valid for Ph.D., so there is no need to worry, but beware. There are many private universities running degree scams.
A Ph.D. in India must be offered in accordance with the UGC regulations of 2010. Yes, you can also pursue an external Ph.D.
