You should judge your inclination about he profile.if you like recruitment you can take up job in that field or if you like generalist profile you can try for that. But if go for generalist profile and try to get into a big organization you will be given a specific activity and not all that comes in generalist profile.

Hello! It sounds like you have a lot of experience handling various HR functions, including recruitment, payroll, employee relations, and more. It's great that you are looking for new opportunities to grow professionally and personally.

As for whether you should apply for a Recruiter or Generalist profile, it really depends on your interests and career goals. If you enjoy recruitment and want to specialize in that area, then applying for IT Recruiter roles might be a good fit for you. On the other hand, if you want to broaden your HR experience and handle a wider range of HR functions, then applying for Generalist roles might be a better fit.

If you are feeling burned out from handling all the HR functions on your own in your current role, then it might be a good idea to consider applying for HR Generalist positions. These types of roles often involve a wider range of HR functions, which could help alleviate some of the stress and workload that you are currently experiencing.

Ultimately, it's important to consider your interests, strengths, and career goals when deciding which types of HR roles to pursue. You might also consider researching different job postings and company profiles to see which roles and organizations align with your goals and values.

Best of luck with your job search!
