Most of the software gives you the standard report. Keep a tab on the late arrival trend, absenteeism etc. Within short span of time you will get hang of the organization requirement. Just go with the flow

Time Office is a part of HR Department. It deals with mainly employees attendance, leave, payroll and other statutory compliance. For the attendance recording smart card or bio metric system can be used. Attendance for making payment need to be checked with his daily activity records.

It is now clear whether u have to check Manual Attendance Regrs. on Bio-metric attendance ?
Any way; U have to check absenteeism of employees, late arrival, early going, mark employees going on Official duty, on Leave & on Personal work & regularise attendance.
Imp: among all; you have to report employees absenting continuously to initiate disciplinary action against them. A proforma will be sent to ur mail id to report abt Absenteeism.
