Dear all,
I had an offer from a small company and, according to your suggestions and my opinion, I joined an organization with lots of curiosity and excitement as an IT Recruiter. I work hard and stretch time to understand and learn things. However, I feel that my manager is not happy and she always puts pressure on me. My colleagues' and my productivity are the same in terms of resume submission; in fact, I feel I am doing well.
The workload is heavy, and there is strict pressure on targets as well. I am already feeling the urge to leave the firm after only 3 days. How can I overcome this situation? Has anyone else experienced or is currently experiencing the same challenges? I am contemplating leaving the firm. However, I am unsure as I do not have another job offer, and I am feeling completely confused about this. I do not feel like going to the office. Are all organizations like this?
Your prompt opinions would be greatly appreciated.
Note: In my previous company, I also faced a lot of pressure, but they provided time to improve ourselves since it was a new firm. However, here, it is not the same.
Thank you

Dear Bhavya,
This is probably your fourth post. It is not possible to come to any meaningful conclusion in three days' time. Please remember that there is no substitute for hard work. Everyone goes through a grind irrespective of age or experience. Why are you expecting too many good things to come in too short a time? It would be in your interest to concentrate, work hard, and come up. There will be problems everywhere. It is up to us to learn and cope. There is no magic wand available with any senior member or, for that matter, any Cite HR member that could guarantee success in a jiffy.

Three days is too short a period to make a decision about leaving a job. Focus on learning and improving your job performance. You will encounter different types of managers, and it is essential to work with them and learn from the experience. Some managers may push their subordinates to perform at their best, and it is important to handle work pressure effectively. Do not lose heart and avoid making hasty decisions.

Hi there,
Just as a friend, as you have mentioned - traveling on the same boat, I am writing this. From December, I could not find a day as cool as today in the office, and that is the reason I have opened citehr today after so many days. As Raghu sir rightly pointed out, there would be problems everywhere, and as Nathrao sir says, we must learn to put up with pressure. It would not be pressure if we start handling it in a nice manner. Maybe our thoughts do not decrease the amount of workload, but our perception towards our work might make us feel better. It's really a pride if we take our boat upstream and reach the destination rather than downstream. Maybe this way we can feel and try to cope up or put our best efforts.
Hope everything goes fine with you. Best wishes!!!
