I have worked in MNC company where i got my pf account.Currently i have joined a startup company(since 6months i am working here).My current Company don't have PF.
I have some questions on my PF.
1)Can i with draw my PF because current company their is no PF.
2)If i withdraw my PF the amount will be taxable?
3)suppose assume that 2years later if i joined a new company i can use my exist PF or not?
3)can i withdraw my PF amount at any period of time.
Please suggest me what i have to do. please help me.

within 3 years if you join any company and start paying contributions, then previous UAN no will get validated by the new company. and it will continue will your previous balance accumulated with interest.
if you opt to withdraw the EPF then file form 19 and form 10C duly certified by previous employer, if your contribution period is 5+ Years , or the gross receivable amount from EPF is below 50000/- then NO TDS, otherwise they will ask for form 15G

1)Can i with draw my PF because current company their is no PF.:- YES, (But ask your Employer about PF)
2)If i withdraw my PF the amount will be taxable? If withdraw before 5 Years:- Yes (If withdraw amount bellow 50,000 then NO as per new rule earlier It was 30,000)
3)suppose assume that 2 years later if i joined a new company i can use my exist PF or not? YES Max-3 year Relaxation
3)can i withdraw my PF amount at any period of time. Yes But There will be 2 options Either you don't have a job or Secondly, if two months have elapsed since your last employment (not attached to any organization or unemployed for 2 months).
