Hi Sir/Madam,

I am Arun. I have a query regarding my EPF calculation. I worked at a company for 4.5 years before resigning in February 2014. Since then, I have started my own business. I submitted forms (Form 15G, Form 10-C, and Form 19) for PF to my previous employer yesterday. I have access to my PF passbook account, and I have attached the deposit amount history. I would like to know the final amount I will receive.

I am asking this because I am currently facing financial difficulties. I joined the organization in August 2009 and resigned in February 2014. Kindly assist me with my query.

Thank you.

Hello,

If someone joined a company on May 18, 2009, and left that company on September 24, 2013, and wants to withdraw PF in October 2016, what penalty does he have to pay? The person has been unemployed since September 2013.

While looking for something else, I found troubling news regarding the employer side contribution that cannot be withdrawn. Is that true and implemented?

Hi Pritu,

I am worried that I will get only "42,958 + its interest" as new rules have been applied. Kindly let me know if it has been implemented or not. Seniors, please let me know about its status. I talked with my former office HR, and they will submit the form to the PF office by this week.!!

Dear Mr. Arun,

Your prediction is almost right. As per my calculation, you will get Rs. 83,750. This is calculated up to Feb 16 interest given to you. There could be some fluctuations, depending on how and when your claim is being settled. You have not mentioned when you submitted your claim.

Please find attached the calculation sheet.

Hope this meets your requirements. All the best and good luck to you in overcoming this difficult time.

Hi Sir/Madam,

I am Nilesh Patel. I have a query regarding my PF number. I worked in a company in the year 2006-2007 but did not provide my contractor with my PF number. I would like to know my PF number and also the approximate amount of Rs. 75,000 debited from my friend's account for the past 8 years. If I do not withdraw for 10 years, how much amount can I claim in pension?

Hi,

No need to pay any penalty. If he wants to withdraw, he has to submit an affidavit/Indemnity bond on Rs. 10 bond paper along with all necessary documents (i.e. form 19, 10 C, Bank A/c Passbook xerox copy, PAN card xerox copy, and 2 sets of form 15G).

Thanks,
Murali
