Dear, You don’t need to take the signature of the employer on pf withdrawal form. you simply ask your bank manager to verify your signature on PF withdrawal form and submit it to the PF office.

Dear all members,

An employee who has worked for twelve months from Jan-12 to Dec-2012, and the company has also deducted his P.F. But the company has deposited P.F. from Jan-12 to June-12 and could not deposit P.F. from July-12 to Dec-12.

In such a situation, can an employee withdraw his P.F. or not?

I have worked with 3-4 employers since 1996. After leaving each job, I withdrew the amount of EPF, which includes 12% of the employee's share and 3.67% of the employer's share. The pension part of the employer's share, which is 8.33%, has not been settled.

Currently, I have been working with my present employer since October 2010. I am wondering if I can receive the benefits of the previous unsettled amount of 8.33% in my pension account.
