i want to find out the satisfaction level of the employees with respct to the current employee welfare activities. can any one tell me what needs to be included in the questionnaire. wat kind of questions. how exactly can i measure the satisfaction level.

Well i am pursuing P.G in Hospital administration from CMC, Vellore. I have narrowed down my project to welfare satisfaction among MBBS interns. I would like you to guide me regarding this matter by availing me with questionnaire.

I am willing to help you. But I do not have questionnaires to send.
Are you studying full-time? Have you not got a tutor guide? Where will you be doing the study and how many interns are there? Have you done any literature survey? If not, you need to do that first, to establish the Research Framework.

I am undergoin full time program in this institution which is India's top medical college. but i am having limited time only. interns are 40 in number and they vl b leaving next week. so i need to collect data as soon as possible. and i have not decided the guide yet. there are few resource people behind me. but they dont hav sufficient time for me as they are placed high. therfore i look forward for your help. I do not have any questionnaires. Why do you have limited time when you should have known about the project's requirement months ago? You should have decided on the guide as the guide may not approve your work.

I had been doing literature survey from past 2 months on a project which I ultimately got to know that my supervisors disapprove of it. Thats why i twisted the topic into this way and moreover my guide is interested in this. but d drawback is that interns will leave by next week. and doing survey on fresh interns is not a good choice.
