There are some more parameters which you can add while doing your survey, which will be of great help to the company and for your learning too:
1) Leadership quality.
2) Career development.
3) Training program.
4) Performance appraisal.
5) Work-life balance (which is very important nowadays).
6) Creativity and innovation.
7) Change management.
8) Communication.
9) Motivation.
10) Work climate and culture.
These parameters will cover all the important questions required for conducting a survey. Prepare as many questions as you can under each parameter so that you can choose the best among them. You can refer to a book by the author T.V. Rao; it will guide you on how to prepare questions under each parameter, and you can find most of them in it.
The most important thing you should do before preparing questions is to observe the employees of the company as much as you can so that you can identify the problem areas. This will also help you.
I prepared 120 questions, after which I reduced it to 60 questions. Make sure that your questionnaire does not look very lengthy.

Look through the above posts. Deepa Mathur has posted her project report. Using that as a basis, you need to conduct your research. Beware of copying her project and submitting it, as it would be a grave academic error, and you could even be debarred from the course if you are caught.
