I was working for company A for 1 year, but left the company A( as I received a better offer and had to join immediately) after putting in my resignation and not serving the notice period of . But the HR did not ask for any dues and mailed my relieving letter and service letter after 3 months from the date of resignation, I received salary for all the 3 months even though I did not go to office after putting in my resignation.
Should I show my 1 year experience as I have my relieving letter and experience letter?
Please note that I have a overlap of 3 months that I am working for 2 companies at the same time.

Hi

It is very much strange to note that your previous employer transferred you salary for 3 months even after resignation and without going to office. Some where something is wrong with their process.

Relieving date what ever mentioned in the relieving letter to be considered as your last working day. As you joined other company before that you will face difficulty to transfer the old office pf to new office pf.
