Guide me how can i achieve excellence in HR Field

Firstly the management in HR should think that ,even he/she is the employee for the organization, Be practical, Be Human, Be logic. Remove the holding position, they should check whether that rule is good or bad for yourself. Then come to position, be employer and take feedback from employees whether that rule is good or bad.
Sorry , If I am harsh, because in my company , the management thinks that it's their company, brings all, what ever rules they like, And the employee has to die with that rule.
And they won't do any work , just say all work to others, and they simply enjoy their day and takes huge salary and gives very very less salary to employee who works very hard in the organization , by doing all sort of work which assigned to them...
Just I shared my opinion with you :)

First of all you understand that in HR you deal with 'H' i.e human beings, not with machines. If you can achieve involvement of human beings connected with the organisation, in the organisation's success, you can assure that partly you succeeded in the HR activities. Next will be maintaining consistency of contributions and rewards by the 'human beings' involved in the entire process which include management as well as employees together. If you can maintain harmony and continual improvement in the process, think you are in the direction of achieving HR excellence.

I understand ur situation....it is the same even in one of my friends company....emps who r through reference have absolutely no rule and who are very sincere in their work all rules r explained to them....Even if HR s make rules n regulations its only innocent ppl who follow....how to overcome such a situation???

I completely agree with u, there are few moron people who think the power lies with them only and never follow the rules. but just b'coz of these people HR should not forget their responsibility and should try to change these insular people as well.
