Hi All,
I am working with a software company as Employee Relations Executive.
I am taking care of all the issues of my consultants working in US at our company's payroll. It includes issues related to their insurance, payroll, relocation, Joining formalities, HR documents etc. I handle all their grievances or concerns.
I would really appreciate if you can suggest me some incentive parameters to derive incentive plans for Employee Relations Executives in the company.
Waiting for your responses eagerly.
Regards,
Richa

Thanks so much Sir, I appreciate your cooperation. I did not get a chance to go through all the topics in detail but reading the subjects, it looks like very interesting and useful.
My concern is that most of the areas covered in the given link are target oriented like sales, recruitment etc. But my profile is not target based, I can not measure my performance in quantitative terms.
I would really appreciate if you can guide me in detail considering my profile.
I am new to industry and does not have much practical knowledge.
I need kind guidance of all the senior in the forum. Please suggest me what all parameters I can use to develop an incentive plan for Employee Relations Executive in an IT company.
Regards,
Richa

qualitative data is dificult to isolate, identify, reinforce, reward so as to bring sustainability..
eg spending time on an exit interview, delving deep into the suggestions, n then initaing changes in organisation structure, reporting hierachy, processes etc..
first step is write down your job actvities in detail..
for each activity, make a flowchart, so that you can reduce redundancy/ inefficiency/ unnecassary processes etc..
for each task, calculate the time n cost
next comes aggregation n disaggregation of date (eg calculating total number of compliances/ incidents and then again breakup of incidents by category/ region/ function etc)
then you may arrive at a set of metrics....
keep me posted on the progress

Hey Amit,
How were you doing?
I don't know much about distance learning but I have heard of Symboisis alot.
you can check the link www.indianmba.com/Distance_Education/
It has statewise list of institutes offering distance learning MBA programs.
Choice of course depends on your interest and background. I think if you are going for distance learning then all institutes are more or less same.
It is always good to have a degree, but if you are going for distance learning then to get a good job, you should try to have experience in the area in which you are planning to do your MBA.
If you need further suggestions I would suggest you to provide more details on your education background and work experience (if any) so that our senior members on the forum can guide you in a better way.
Good Luck.
Regards,
Arusha.
