Can Any one help me with the Marriage Policy for a company to be formed. As i have been told to form a Marriage Leave policy by my MD of the Company.

Dear Andy, this is such a new head of leave now a days, till date major group of industries are allowing upto 20 days leave from their existing balance of PL. This concept is still in the pipeline I would say, anyway if you have been told, than you can consult with any consultancy which is dealing with facotry and labour laws, with an arc of legality you can form a marriage leave policy with such important terms and conditions* as usual to avoid wrong intentions.
