15 days of paid leave are available upon prior approval from management. The employee must apply for leave as soon as possible once the marriage is confirmed. If the employee requires more than 15 days of leave, it will be at the discretion of management and will result in Loss of Pay (LOP).
The marriage card should be submitted as proof to HR promptly. Before going on leave, all responsibilities should be handed over to a colleague or team leader, whichever is more feasible.
After the marriage, if the employee requires additional leave for activities like a honeymoon or functions, these days will need to be taken from Casual Leave or Earned Leave or may result in LOP.
