We are an Engineering company. Our Management would like to relook our company leave policy. Now we are giving CL -12, ML-10 and EL - 30 to all our permanent staff. We would like to know what are the rules and regulations under Tamilnadu Shop & Establishment act to be followed for an Engineering company. Does EL encashment is mandatory and the limit for the EL encashment.
