I have done my PG in HR from Symbiosis and am working as an HR Generalist in a good company.
I would like to keep adding to my academic qualifications in the field of HR to enhance my career prospects.
I have heard of some PG courses with specialization in T&D and Performance Management and Corporate HR from ICFAI but am not sure wether to pursue it from there or not: moreover, that website does not explain it properly.
Could anyone please give me some suggestions or talk more of these courses by ICFAI and what is their exam methodology like by distance learning?

Iam also a postgraduate in H.R.M,and would like to get information regarding pls do let me know,if there are some courses like,as far as i know there are diploma courses in training and development from IJTD,and labour laws from various universities.and if you are experienced you can just go through PHR CERTIFICATION Or GPHR .
