Hi,

I have 3 years of progressive experience in IT recruitments. I am planning to pursue a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration - Distance Learning (PGDBA-DLP). Suggestions are welcome from all fellow professionals if Welingkar is a good option to do PGDBA-DLP.

I can't pursue full-time or part-time courses due to my work schedule. So kindly let me know about PGDBA programs and if not from Welingkar, then any other reputed institute which will add value to my professional career in terms of career enhancement.

Thanks,
Mohit

Hi Mohit,

DLP doesn't differ much from one institution to another. The value of an MBA based on the institution's reputation is applicable only for full-time/part-time courses. For DLP, it is all the same. You can choose based on your convenience; Symbiosis/IGNOU, etc., are also good.

Hi Riyaz,

Thank you for your valuable feedback. I was considering Symbiosis, but many fellow professionals on Cite HR have criticized Symbiosis DLP. I could not find much information about Welingkar; hence, I posted this question.

I agree with you that DLP does not differ much from one institute to another. Nevertheless, I appreciate your prompt reply.

Cheers,
Mohit

There are weekend courses available as well, but DLPs should be considered last. It's important to be educated as it has long-term career benefits. It's worth taking a break to refuel rather than saying that I am too busy driving.
