After spending approx 10 years in HR i worked for multiple industries and on multiple role, which include Recruitment, Payroll, HRMS, HR Operation , little bit of PMS, You can say as HR Generalist profile.
Now things has been changing day by day and i feel that i need to upgrade my self ,therefore looking for professional course in HR like HRBP and Performance Management Expert,
I would request kindly guide or suggest me on below mention
1. Which HR course (HRBP certification, Performance Mgt certification) & institute is better for future aspects?
2. Which institute is better AON Hewwit HR Certification or any other
3. What is future and in which field we should choose
