if u start career in HR ur 3 years experience of accounts will be wasted, and if u go Continue with accounts then ur MBA hr degree will be wasted but now AS u have developed interest in HR U sud go for HR . As Your interest plus Already Having Degree in HR makes choosing the hr a good decision... I May be completely wrong..

Dear Apurva ji,

Greetings of the DAY to you as well all the viewers.

Nothing is tough or nothing easy. It is our mind set.

I am giving you some tips / quotes here which may help you and all the viewers.

* Be positive always.

* Have your Vision and Goals clear. Write it down and read it daily.

* Take calculated risk in life. If you win, you can lead. And if you loose, you can guide.

* Believe that your profession is the greatest profession in the world. You have to put your heart in the profession and the profession in your heart.

* When you truly believe that you deserve Success, your mind will automatically generate the ways to achieve it.

* One who wins without problem, it is just a Victory. But when one who wins with lot of troubles, that is a History. Create History : Hitler.

* One can never start new chapter in his life, if he is too busy in re-reading his earlier chapters.

* Always forget and forgive your enemies. Your mind will be revenge free. This will help you in achieving the  Vision and Goal.

* Always be happy for no reason. You will be a successful person definitely.

What I understand from your post is that you are finding it difficult to get a break even as HR intern. As keshavji said, be postive first. It helps you focus on options. I have few options for you to try.
Most employers may prefer fresh minds as interns but may also consider some one with experience.Since you have accounts back ground, you can think as to how you can link this experience to HR activity. You can apply initially for administrative roles in medium sized indutries where administration also includes some HR functions like recruit,ment, salary administration, statutory compliances and full & final settlements.Spend some time in such roles and latter, tray to get into core HR with the help of these skills.As an accounts executive, you must have developed skills like computing skills, basic pay roll management, settling claims. Explain as to how these skills help in teh administrtaive role or even as HR role.
