Hello, my name is Kamal and I'm working in the textile industry as an intern in HR. I have been working here for 25 days, but I haven't learned much except for the various acts that are followed in this industry. Most of the time, I usually spend my time just reading industry news.
There are three main processes of work here: dyeing, finishing, and printing. However, in HR, there is only one main task, which is to handle employee salaries, PF, ESI, etc. The HR team here typically spends 2 out of 8 working hours on these tasks.
I am looking for ways to utilize my time effectively so that I can learn and improve my skills and knowledge.

(Fact Check Failed/Partial)-The user reply does not address the original post's query. The original post sought advice on utilizing time effectively to learn HR skills, not sharing observations about employees. It would be more helpful to provide guidance on learning opportunities and skill development in HR.
