Hello, my name is Kamal and I'm working in the textile industry as an intern in HR. I have been working here for 25 days, but I haven't learned much except for the various acts that are followed in this industry. Most of the time, I usually spend my time just reading industry news.

There are three main processes of work here: dyeing, finishing, and printing. However, in HR, there is only one main task, which is to handle employee salaries, PF, ESI, etc. The HR team here typically spends 2 out of 8 working hours on these tasks.

I am looking for ways to utilize my time effectively so that I can learn and improve my skills and knowledge.
