Hello,
I am working as an HR/Administrator in a small IT company. I am graduated in BA from Delhi University. I had 2.5 year of experience in HR and Admin work.
Currently i am taking care of HR/ Admin and Marketing (i don't have very much knowledge) work. But my package is also very low b'coz it's a small company.
I don't have any degree in the same field. And what is correct time to change my job?
Please let me know is it mandatory to do any DEGREE COURSE ?
Regards
Shikha

HI Shikha
It is better do do PG course in HR or MBA in HR. As of now don't look for change. First you should learn and gain the knowledge and prepare yourself as you are competent with experienced persons.
