Preparing MIS is very easy forecast and plan your self & one thing its very important that creativity while preparing the MIS.
What kind of MIS do you require, send me the details then only i can provide input for your mis preparation.

For fresher level you shall interview on the basis of asking brief about themselves like qualification, family background,Interst, Strength and weekness etc.
Otherthan some simple question for technical interview like what is SDLC -Software development life cycle.
If fresher entering into company they must know about SDLC. Using SDLC you can provide the concept and ask them to explain about the concept using SDLC
SDLC nothing - Analysis - Development - Coding - Testing - Implemnetation - If client require any modification - once again cycle start from analysis.
2. Then ask what is Project & Product.
Non Techincal:
Simple Tell me about yourself.
For senior position if ask them about the project details and usual question like why u r looking for change etc.
Finally ask about salary Current CTC and Expected CTC. Then if candidate ok finalise and issue the offer to them.
