Hi,

I am currently working as a computer operator in a trust with a low salary. I am searching for a new job, and a job recruiter took 2000 rupees from me to offer me a position as a front office executive. I am feeling confused about accepting the role as a front office executive. I am unsure if this job experience will be helpful for my future. I am a 28-year-old male with a graduate qualification, currently pursuing my MBA in the 1st Semester.

Can you please advise me on whether joining this job would be beneficial for me in the future? I am particularly interested in finding a job as an HR Executive. Your prompt response is greatly appreciated.

If you are pursuing an MBA in HR, then a front office executive profile would help you gain skills, experience, and enter into HR specialization. If you want to be an HR executive, it is better to join a profile that provides some exposure. The front desk profile offers more exposure compared to a computer operator profile. In the front desk profile, computer operation is included but with additional dimensions such as interacting with different departments, associates, administration, and office management. All the best! Thank you.

Hello, Mr.

I believe there are many job openings for front office positions such as front line manager, front office manager, help desk manager, travel manager, and office manager. These positions are typically available in large offices, such as in the telecom industry, where there is a need for a lobby manager to interact with customers directly. Similar positions can also be found in major hospitals, hotels, and corporations. I think you might find these opportunities interesting to explore.
