I am glad to read that you wish to improve your oral English language skills.
Through your public profile, I have looked at some of your posts; your written English is not that bad, therefore, improving your oral abilities will be easy.
There are lots of ways to improve; I suggest that you carefully listen to broadcasts delivered in English on radio and television, particularly interviews.
I find NDTV particularly good. (NDTV is available online).
Also, try to listen to the BBC, this is good to improve pronunciation.
Whilst, there are a number of books and audio CD's available, there is a chance that the listener will soon get bored and so give up.
