September -2014 i moved from one organization to another organization .I served 1.4 yrs in old company.while relieving i have submitted form 10c and form 19 and they have processed for pf clearance.But issue is recently (2 weeks back) i got 2 messages stating that "pf settlement claim id:****** member account ******* approved for payment through cheque .Payment under process"
and 2nd message stating that "Form 10c(Withdrawal benefit) claim id:***** accno :****** rejected .Rejection letter is under dispatch ".
My queries are : Till now i didnt receive either cheque( for pf ) or rejection letter (for form 10c) .So i would like to know when i may receive .Is there any option to check in online to track letter as well as cheque .Do i need to contact anybody instead of waiting for this letter/cheque.Please give your valuable suggestions to get my pf /eps balance.Thanx in advace..
