2017: 15000 Rs

Dear Friend,

If an employee has not completed 10 years in service, he can either withdraw the EPS amount or take the 'scheme certificate'. If he is still working but hasn't completed 10 years, this, however, is not possible. He can apply only after he has quit his job, i.e., before joining another company (60 days gap is a must to apply for final settlement).

Calculation is last Basic + DA drawn * Proportion of wages as per Table D. If your last Basic + DA is 15,000, then the calculation is = 15,000 * 7.13. Please go through the attachment of Table D.
