EVALUATION OF TRAINING COURSES CONDUCTED
1. PROCEDURE.
step 1-conduct the training needs analysis for the potential employees.
step 2-identify the needs of the potential employees.
step 3-separate the needs that can be met locally.
step 4-separate the needs that needs overseas resources.
step 5-conduct worldwide research to determine the availability
of courses / plus the details.
step 6-Select the shortlist of suppliers.
step 7-get the details and match with the needs analysis report.
step 8-circulate among the management for
the final nomination of supplier.
step 9-initiate communiation with the selected supplier
about details on trainers/subject contents/ training methods
plus other details.
step 10-on getting the supplier details , circulate among the management
for feedback.
step 11-on getting the feedback, confirm with the supplier about the requirements.
step 12-Request the management to nominate employees from their
respective departments.
step 13-use the format 1-TRAINING PLAN CHEKLIST
and develop a training plan for this particular program
step 14-circulate the training plan among the management
and seek the feedback.
step 15-use the format 2-TRAINER'S EVALUATION
and seek from the supplier the report on
trainer's evaluation.
step 16- brief the participants on the training plan
before their departure.
ON COMPLETION OF THE COURSE.
step 17-Get a written feedback letter from the course conductors,
about the course , participants, participation and conduct
of the course and also the feedback they received
from the participants.
step 18-FORMAT 3 - INSTRUCTOR EVALUATION FORM. This should be
completed by participants right after the instructor finishes her or his session. .
