I am working in a IT company and i have completed 1 year this month. At the time of interview i asked for the desired salary but my employer said, we will see your performance first till 6 months. now its been one year no increment intimations from the employer. what should i do? I feel hesitatant to ask even and many times i thought to send mail even but i cant. please help. I am also getting nice offers too, but i want to continue with this company.

Is there any particular performance evaluation process in your company. If yes, then you should fill that performance evaluation form and send it to the directors with a soft reminder else you should send a soft formal mail to them by making them known about your performance review time.
