Dear Sir,
I would like to ask about a dispute with my previous company. I was working there for 5 months (not confirmed employee). They are denying to give my experience letter on the ground of my chat history of me and my colleague in which we have discussed about our problems with the company and we talked bad about company but we didn\'t do anything to harm our company. We were sincere employee taking care of company image and clients etc.
Can they deny to give us experience letter on the basis of our chat history details which was through office email id. They didn\'t terminated me in fact I had resigned on Nov 1, 2013.

Dear Kuashal,
Just send a written application to your ex-employer requesting them that you worked there from so and so date to so and so date. Although all of your dues are cleared, but you had not given experience letter. So, kindly issue you you experience letter. Mention you complete and correct address along with mobile no. on it. Send this application through registered post to them. You will defiantly get some reply from them.
Hope this is will help you. Cheers.

Hi,
the process above can be followed, however if you have received your F&F settlement sheet, that will specify the dates of employment as well.
please note that experience letter is not a legal mandate and is more of an industry practice, so as long as F&F was done, it should impact your next job.
All the best.

I fully support views of Nainz. In addition to F&F papers, if you produce your appointment letter, alongwith relieving letter, it will justify your working experience with that organization.
