Parekh,
Notice period is for smooth transition and find out an alternative for replacement. Therefore, converting accumulated PL in lieu of NP may not be accepted. However, you will get encashment for the unavailed PL at the time of your F&F settlement. Serving in Notice period is as good as serving in regular, hence you can avail CL. SL under anavoidable circumstances can be availed but the NP to be extended for the equivalent period, I opine.

Any Management will consider any waivor or adjsutment when employees also value the company not even see only own benefit , so it will not accpted generally but it may be consider if you will show some consideration for company also. Serving notice period is inevitable professionally ethically may be not full but atleast some of notice period days it should be served.

That is the standard approach
There is no law saying that you have to be given leave during notice. It is solely dependent on corporate practice. Mostly it will be disallowed.
Sick leave is generally allowed if you are actually sick. But usually notice period gets extended accordingly

Dear ,
Every appointment letter have a clause of termination of services from both side employee and employer in this clause clearly mentioned about notice period it may be one month or more. If you have adjusted leave then his notice period will be extended.
Adjustment of leave are depend on the circumstance also for example if a employee have 60 Pl in balance and give the resignation and take the leave of 30 day and said my notice period will be deducted from my full &final.Normally we are paying leave encasement on basic wages and we pay gross salary when adjust leave in salary pay days. Then we can not adjust his leave. We can adjustment one or two day on human ground.
