i wish u luck for ur interview. exit interview is nothing but a questionaire to know the satisfaction level of the employee one who leaves the organization. It also gives a clear picture of y the employee is leaving the job incase if he is being truthful.

Hi Neha,
When an employee newly joins an Organisation he has to undergo the Joining Formalities which includes filling the joining report, bio data details and etc. Likewise when an employee quits an Organisation he has to fulfill the Exit formalities like KT- Proper Knowledge Transfer to the person assigned by the Organisation, Handing Over the ID Cards, Access Cards, any books borrowed from the Office Library and finally the duly filled Exit Interview Form.
