Hi, I have a small doubt about the new joiners. We recruit one candidate through telephone and selected he given date of joining also and we send an offer letter to his mail after he gave what date he joined that date but he didn't give any reliving letter and any document not submitted. We have taken only a joining report only. Next day he left the job and he intimates to hr for some reason then after that he didn't come to the office. So now what we have to do otherwise we have to take any actions and what type. Please explain

There is nothing much you can do about the case. There is no legal action which you can take.
