1. JOB TITLE: Site Engineer
2. JOB SPECIFICATION: Site Execution, quantity surveying, quality control dept work.
3. Qualification/Education: Diploma or Graduation in Civil Engineering
4. Major Skills required: Ability to handle workers, ability to achieve dead lines, ability to understand drawings and specifications, ability to interact with client & consultant. Ability to understand systems and deliver paper work.
5. FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES: Site execution, supervision of works, preparation of subcontractor bills and Daily reports.
v Project Manager
1. JOB TITLE: Project Manager,Exp-4-6 yrs
2. JOB SPECIFICATION: Project -In-charge for the 2x35 MW captive power plant at Raipur and will report to AssociateProject Director administratively and Project Management Department functionally.
3. Qualification/Education: B.E. (Civil) / Diploma in Civil
4. Major Skills required: Ensure implementation of works w.r.t specifications, schedule & budget and ensure all necessary documentations are properly maintained & checked. Inspection of Final product / unit when ready and before transfer to client.
5. FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Commence work at site 2. Review of GFC drawings 3. Measure and Monitor ongoing activities 4. Implementation of corrective actions 5. To assist the Project Management Department in generating MIS/Variation Reports in approved formats and later submit to Associate Project Director. 6. Check and ensure the monthly running bill and final bill as per budgeted cash flow. 7. Will act as project head administratively and functionally.
