Dear Swati, In my opinion HR is like a double edged sword, one has to know when to be rude and when to be sweet. So HR has to be sweet or sour depends on the situation.

I agree with VISHAL. For HR personnel, 'SITUATIONAL MANAGEMENT' as a Rudeness person and Sweet person depending on the situation is a must to handle different types of people in the industry as a Coordinator.

In my opinion, HR's name itself suggests "human resources," which need to be ably utilized. HR should be more focused on achieving the targets of an organization on schedule, keeping the employees' spirits high. Sometimes, HR needs to bend the rules and act as a bridge between workers and management. Any issues need to be dealt with logically, keeping the values of relationships in mind.

Regards and wishing you all the best,
Neel
