As i am new in this profession , i want to know that when any of the employee give the resignation letter after that what are the full procedure regarding document and all . that means full and final settlement for that employee and even for employer .

Not a joining form, as claimed, but it is an application form meant to be made for a post before interview and selection of candidates.

This for is part of joining formalities...which goes into personal file of candidate. The one you are refering is also part of pre selection process and later used in personal file if candidate get selected...it differs from company to company.

You cannot ignore fact. In fact title of your post is misleading. It is an application format used for the sake of uniformity by Qatar Airways for the candidates applying for a job in that airways. All companies have different format of applications, as per their organisational requirements. Most of the companies depend upon CVs submitted by the candidates. No doubt the application format has its own utility to gather most of the applicants' data and some companies may prefer to use the similar format for application, but certainly that is not a format for joining.
