My name is manjunath doing MBA in HR specialisation. i need some HR games which can help individual student to participate in class on Diaz. i have got team building games, but i need the games where individual can perform.

An easy way to get each individual to participate is to allocate some sort of a task and then have each person report back to the class. Not everyone is comfortable with this, so you need to ensure your training group is supportive and gives every person a fair go. It helps build confidence, tests whether your participants are learning and ensures every participant contributes.

One of the things I do in my training, particularly in small group work, is to sit with each group for a time during the exercise I have set and monitor each individuals input to the task or discussion. If, for example, I have set a task to discuss an aspect of what we are learning, and I have groups of say 3 or 4, I will watch and see if every person in the group is contributing to the discussion. If I see someone sitting back and letting his team members do all the work,then I intervene to ask his/her thoughts and bring that person into the discussion. Sometimes, people just need a little helping hand and as Trainers, that is part of our job.

Every one should write their participants name and the action they have to perform, in the following format,
<Name of the requestor> <Name of the participant> <Action to be performed by the participant>
Collect all the entries and announce the actual fun in the game, the requestor is the actual participant
Select a random chit and ask them to perform the specified action.
Facts about friends
Have a one-on-one session with all of your team members; collect as much information (about them) as possible.
Sort them byn unknown facts to easy one
In the team gathering make a random pick and share points by points, the members should identify the personality.
The Name Game
Every member should add an adjective to their name and announce.
Make a random pick and ask them to tell names of any three persons

riyaz i checked the website which you mentioned but i got group playing games, its not for individual. but some games really helped for team building. once again thank you.
mr.john what you said is right, we did all that what you mentioned. in my class main thing is they need lot of motivate, and they are poor in communication. they wont come forward until someone start first. me worried about this only, when they finish course and join corporate it be problem for them. only studies is not important na, they should also posses some management skills.
so i need some games or activities which i can conduct in class where individual come forward on diaz and do well. so that can make them to feel why this is important.
