Dear Seniors,
Greetings for the day!
I would request your suggestions in finding a best course for my career up-gradation. I'm working as HR Executive in small organization. Now I would like to get into HR Related Technical or Functional side. Please suggest me some courses in which we don't need to produce any fake certificates & which will have openings & good career. My 3 years of IT industry experience should be useful. Please suggest me some courses other than SAP HR.
Thanks in advance,
Pavani Siri.

Dear Pavani,
I recommend you taking job of HR in some company. What you learn at workplace is far superior than some course. Prefer working under some manager. If your manager is good then you may not have do any course on HR. But there is also downside to this option. Getting into generalist role would mean starting your career afresh in field. Possibly your compensation may come down also. Now whether to take this risk is your call.
All the best!

Pavanisri,
I believe it will be good, if you undergo training in \"Competency Mapping and Assessment\" under Dr.T. V. Rao, an Expert who is currently Chairman, of TVRLS, Ahmedabad. There is good potential for U to grow as a HR specialist and later a consultant in this field.
With Best Wishes,
