A good option for you would be to utilize your knowledge and skills and become a technical trainer.
You need to probably do some certifications in your field and also you can go through a Train the Trainer Program.
As far as joining a big MNC is concerned... well MNCs (big ones too) do hire freshers.

It would be very difficult now to enter in big MNC's now, since the job market in IT is very cold. I work in capgemini and i know the scenario outside. Even the job market in other fields in not good. IF you want to go for marketing job in Delhi, I can help you out in that case, since I know a small organization there who are looking out for MBA in marketing.
Thanks

For you, a 'Business Analyst Role' in an IT company marketing HR products may offer enough job satisfaction. You may have to join as a management trainee after completing your MBA & put in considerable effort to prove your worth.
