I have 3.6 yrs of exp in HR Generalist. have 3 yrs on-roll exp & 6 mth off-roll (third perty payroll) exp in reputed mnc company.
looking for emba or pert time mba. which one is good for me, to switch job for better prospects, salary, better responsibilities. pls suggest me emba or part time.

A full time MBA is the best. If its not possible (as it seems so in your case), second option should be part time MBA/eMBA where you get to interact with other students face to face. If that too is not possible, then the third option should be online MBA as the interaction part would be missing/minimal.
The pecking order has to be Full Time > Part Time > Online.
