I think there is tremendous scope for HR in Dubai....I see a lot of ads also in this area..
But with regard to the activities i think dubai has to grow up....so there is a chance for all of us to learn....and my idea is network with other HR professionals so that we are up to date regarding the opportunites and the latest trends.Regarding new opportunities, now most companies prefer bilinguals...or arabs... as a part of their emiratisation drive, but i feel good candidates still have a chance.
