Hi,
Im a final year management student and am presently working on my project titled Attrition and Retention strategies in a specific company. I have formed a MCQ based questionnaire but the problem I now face is regarding contacting the resigned employees.
Is there any other procedure by which I can work on getting the questionnaire answered other than going through the exit interview forms of the company as it is mostly descriptive and also can present employees be questioned regarding retention?
Thanks in advance

It is very difficult to answer queries raised by students who like to remain anonymous. However, I will try. Please go through http://deloitte.com <link fixed> and see if the article/report there helps to trigger your thoughts. What type of Multiple Choice Questionnaire are you using? You need to see if the questions designed for use with people who have left are suitable for people who are still with the firm.

The links you suggested are indeed helpful, thank you sir.
The questions Im using include :
Likert 5 point scale (Highly satisfied, satisfied, Neither Satisfied nor dissatisfied, Dissatisfied, Highly dissatisfied) and Dichotomous scale (yes or no).
I am working on a Likert scale questionnaire with a maximum of 5-6 questions for present employees regarding the key areas of employee retention which include - Compensation, environment, etc.....
If you have any further suggestion about the same it would be helpful.
