Hi all, I'm in the first year of my MBA. We are supposed to do our major project at the end opf 1st year...
I've planned to take up HR as my specialization.
I'm going to do my project in an IT company.
It's a reputed firm. Can you please help me out in choosing my project topic?
I don't wish to take up the usual ones like customer satisfaction, employer relation, absenteeism etc...
Pls, can anyone help me with the same....?

I am doing my pg diploma in hr. I also have to prepare a project and present that in june. But I have to submit the topic by 29th of this month. Now I am literally confused which topic to select. So would be very much thankful if any of you can help me out.

first of all thanks for quoting a reply.. Actually i have these topics in my mind but i have to select a topic which is very specific like which should not be very lenghty. It should be related to some company so that i can personally interview hr professionals of that particular company about the hr practices. So do you have any idea about any company undergoing some good hr practice in any of hr topic???

Please see my posts on Research Methodologu and also that of others on questionnaire design, posted at CiteHr.
Develop your research hypotheses and then find a questionnaire fro those posted at citeHr in the past. Prepare a draft of your own and post it for comments to pilot your questionnaire.
You will learn a lot from that exercise than just getting someone's.
