hey all
M doing MBA HR and doing a project on Quality of work in banking sector.
can anybody provide me inputs on it- like wat all should be covered ubder QWL and any literature to support it.
If anybody has any project on this tropic, it would be a great help to me.

Hi all,
I had a quick read of the project attached by Seema. Thanks to her. However, I did not find anything really worth connected with QoWL in an organisation (only a few bullet points).
The listing of sources in the bibliography is very poor. That's not the fault of the student but the system.

Do not expect people to do the work for you. Do some literature survey (pl see my posts on Research Methodology) to find out what QOWL is all about and then prepare your research synopsis, if you have not done one, and then send it to me. I will certainly help you.
