i newly joined one organization (Service Industry) and they have office and warehouse in Chennai but do not having any registration certificate.
Kindly advise is it mandatory or not.

The notification giving effect to the amendment requiring registration of establishments under the TNSE Act,1947 is kept in abeyance.
Therefore, it is not required to register the shops and establishments for the time being. For further details in this regard, you can contact the office of the Asst.Inspector of Labor for your area.
