I am working as a consultant in the field of OD & Change Management since the last 4 years. I have been instrumental in designing & implementing OD projects Pan India in both Manufacturing & Service sector. (Kind of projects include implementation of High Performance Work Systems, Developing a Competency & Skill Based HR Model, Developing a Performance Management System to name a few)
I have completed my Post graduation in the field of HR from Sadhana Centre for Management & Leadership Development, Pune.
At this point in time, I want to enhance my Knowledge & skills by doing a certification course from a good institute/college for either of the following:
1. Industrial Psychology
2. Assessment Centers
3. Compensation & Benefits
I need guidance from all regarding the future & scope in enhancing the career by doing the above certifications, the reputed Institutes offering courses, contact details if available
