We need to establish a framework and have it reviewed by professionals, including academicians and experienced professionals, to gain recognition. There are institutes like HR House, CHRPM, HRGlobal, and Grey Trip. I did an HR course with HR House. If you have already completed an MBA in HR or have some knowledge of HR, then I don't think a certification course is necessary.
